Going into this camping trip, there was a lot of excitement about being able to do a fun ropes course, and it did not disappoint. With a camp set for the night, utilizing wooden platforms for our tents, we went to bed ready for the adventures to come. On the day we went to flag x, we were quick in the morning to eat breakfast, pack lunches and drive there. After finishing the safety demo about the ropes course and a practice course, we were all ready for the excitement. The ropes course started easy, but later on they got very difficult and physically intensive. Despite this, many scouts were able to finish the course, and everyone had fun. On our way back, we took a quick stop to a world famous ice creams with flavors ranging from s’mores to Oreo cheesecake to matcha. Though we were sad it was over, we were all satisfied with our experiences, a feeling to continued to be true on the ride home.
